Booking may be made by email, telephone or via our website www.environtec.com.
Telephone bookings will be cancelled if written confirmation is not received within 24 hours of a course booking.
Due to demand for places we regret course bookings cannot be accepted without accompanying payment if less than 7 days prior to the course start date.
If cancellation is made more than 7 days before the course date we will refund the full fee. No refunds will be given for any cancellation made within 7 days prior to the course date.
Environtec shall not be liable to you for any delay or for the consequences of any delay in performing our obligations under this Agreement if such delay is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including without limitation strikes and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident).
Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time.
Upon receipt of payment for a course the candidate will be issued ‘Joining Instructions’ including details of course, venue and local accommodation.
Courses are subject to a minimum number of delegates and Environtec Ltd reserve the rights to cancel/alter courses as the need requires. When a course is cancelled by Environtec Ltd., the participant may opt to attend the course at a later date or fees will be refunded in full. Environtec shall not be liable for any consequential loss or indirect loss however caused.
On-site training courses – The client agrees to provide an adequate training room for the number of delegates to be trained as per the confirmation of training issued. Failure to ensure this may result in the training being cancelled at the discretion of the course tutor; the course will be re-arranged at the client’s full cost.
How to pay for the course: you can pay for your course by using one of the following: Credit / Debit Card by telephone or Cheque made payable to Environtec Limited or BACS bank transfer. Payment must be received 7 days prior to the course start date.
Elearning Courses – Once payment is received your login details will be emailed directly to you on the proviso the payment being cleared. Where payments are made by telephone this is subject to normal office working hours 09.00am to 17.30pm.
It is strongly advised by ourselves and BOHS that delegates have 6 months prior experience before attending the P401 or P403. Environtec reserve the right to reject any candidate on Day One of the course who has not received essential pre-course experience. Should this occur Environtec Ltd will not refund the course fees.
The Environtec and UKATA Asbestos Awareness E-Learning certificates obtained will be valid for one year. Once expired delegates will have the option to revisit the E-Learning Package and re-complete the latest course and test.
All training material provided to the applicant will be in accordance with and comply with the Control of Asbestos Regulations. All material for the asbestos awareness course will be correct at the time of publishing and will be updated accordingly as and when the legislation and guidance change.
Environtec Limited will hold the submitted information on completion of the course, for a period of one year in accordance with the Data Protection Act; no personal information will be passed to any other party.
All certificates will be issued to the successful applicant direct via email and/or post. Each certificate will be marked with a unique reference number for verification purposes. Copy certificates are available, however we reserve the right to charge an administration fee for these.
Elearning Courses – 24 hour instant logins – After completing the payment process your logins will be instantly sent to the email address you used at the payment process, if the email address that is entered is incorrect, Environtec cannot guarantee instant login details. It is strongly advisable that candidates’ check their email client spam or junk mail filters to prevent unnecessary delays in the issue of logins and certificate issue.
