Highland Council is the largest local government area in the United Kingdom, covering an area that is 20% larger than Wales. Its main offices are based in Inverness.

The project

Since 2019, Environtec has conducted asbestos surveys at a variety of the council’s commercial and domestic properties across this large region. It has been a logistical challenge to ensure the eight operatives involved have met their utilisation targets, but thanks to daily planning of allocated routes this ongoing project has been a major success.
