Our engineers can now offer a testing service for the closed-loop heating systems within your building. Regular testing and treatment of the water is important to avoid problems such as corrosion, scale, bacteria and biofilm.

Whether it’s a school or a large commercial building, our tests adhere to both BSRIA BG29 (commissioning) and BSRIA BG50 (ongoing monitoring) guidance.

Because the same water continually circulates in the heating system, without the correct testing and chemical treatments, equipment breakdowns are more likely. A breakdown could not only be costly, but it may mean you have to temporarily close your business until it’s fixed.
