LEGIONELLA RISK ASSESSOR – SOUTH EAST

LOCATION: HATFIELD PEVEREL

Due to an expanding workload, we are recruiting for a Legionella Risk Assessor to form part of our Legionella Department. This role would suit someone who has good communication skills, is ambitious and keen to improve their existing knowledge and capabilities, with aspirations to further their career.

Location: Based in Hatfield Peverel, but will be expected to travel
Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week
Temp or Perm: Permanent

Experience / Qualifications
  • Legionella risk assessments – BS8580-1 2019
  • Legionella risk assessments –  HTM04-01
  • Annual tank inspections
  • Water sampling
  • Associated remedial works as required.
Responsibilities
  • To ensure all work is completed in compliance with current legislation and documented at all times.
  • Tasks to be carried out in accordance Environtec procedures/method statements/LCA membership
  • Maintain and promote Health and Safety standards within your team, to sub- contractors, and to clients to company standards and procedures.
  • Plan to ensure work as scheduled is completed on time, and to maximum efficiency.
  • Liaise with client representatives as required.
  • Report any pertinent issues to your line manager or client representative as appropriate.
  • At all times adhere to the clients specific Health and Safety/Safe Working practices.
  • Ensure all equipment used is safe and fit for purpose.
  • To complete all tasks to the total satisfaction of the client and line manager.
